What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mondego ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale furniture items are not eligible for return.
